Range pure proggies/guide

Where can I find someone who has a progress report thing on them doing 99 range (starting from less than 60) or a guide that's extremely thorough on 1-99 range.

Starting this December I'm putting all my resources towards PKing and by December vacation I'd like to have an account with at least 90 range. I'll be going after 99 Range and 99 HP, then get other skills required that are required to finish all the quests that don't give defense exp (Pure friendly quests). Etc and so on... Basically a completely maxed range PKing account that I'll sell this coming summer.

Range guild is extremely high ban rate.

 

^ This! Especially with the bot nuke that just happened, and Jagex being tougher on bots in general.. I would not bot the ranged guild too often if you care about your account. It WILL get banned, its just a matter of when, and how far you can get before the ban hammer smashes down on you.
