    Briefly explain the trade:I wanted to buy rsgp via paypal for 48 dollars and after i payed him he kept saying "wait i have to authorize paypal" "wait it didnt come yet" I think he wanted to take out the paypal money because he kept telling me to wait and then he logged out -_-.
    How they scammed:Not paying me my rsgp after i payed him paypal

    Please show proof of him logging out on RS, and show the whole conversation. It looks like you skipped almost half of it.

    Also, show proof of you sending money to his PayPal, and proof that the payment was made to his paypal email.

    I could do all that stuff but even if he does get banned i get no payment so no point.. Ahh Thats life
