JD1 Ban Appeal / Pardon Request for old associate scamming 2b.

• All of your Sythe Accounts: JD1 / JAY1111111 'old acc i never used' Before i start i would like to point out i went to create a new account via my old email to appeal/dispute this before realising this would make me look like a ban evader. So after changing my old accounts password and logging on i logged off and came back as a guest to post this, thanks. Your more than welcome to ban 'JAY1111111' aswell whilst we get this shit sorted .

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I haven't paid them, i have simply given them my condolences as i'm not in a position to pay them back nor should i be held viable really. Obviously i feel for them though as it makes me feel physically sick to leave them in such a position just before Christmas time.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: the scams i have no idea about, but here we go. Also before i go into it, i feel for anyone who lost out here but as i had nothing but pleasant experiences with them in the past which always went smooth as im sure they will confirm, obviously after i left the standards fell. Long story short i ran a discord with a few folks for a good year + after been active in the discord trading / sythe trading scene for many many many years. After a year+ of going hard holding the discord down and accumulating a bunch of £££ the stress of dealing with folks 24/7 and the irl issues i had going on caught up with me. I decided to take a break from things, which resulted in my cutting my ties with fiesta and retiring.. After a couple of months my computer broke and i just said fuck it and never came back, a few months later i was made aware of a couple of scam reports due to ' Kiwi#1026 + 467627901869752320 ' going rouge and scamming a few bill of some old clients we used to deal with. This isnt me bringing the scammed users down at all, but you would think after i requested a PM EVERY TRADE we did they would do the same, but no i guess after all the smooth trades we did in the past the trust was already built up hence them trusting kiwi with me nowhere to be seen, bad move. I didn't come on sythe nor discord for a good 6months plus after going on leave / retiring. A simple check on my profile would have proved this and maybe made the scammed users a little hesitant as i was the one who was trusted really. Even though i used to be trusted with bills and bills myself when gp was still .70+, when it came to trading with sammy i always made kiwi pay him 1st before we received any gp, kiwi used to get sketched out / angry at this but sammy had more vouches than myself and it saved any bullshit, so you would think he would have stuck to this down the line. I would like to point out one of the other users who claims to be scammed used to work for me as well 'hanzell' and i gave him many many good opportunities and many jobs which paid out alot of £££ for his computer and to help feed his family etc 'hes Venezuelan'. He was paid out for every job he did for me and was very happy whilst working for me. He did end up leaving due to bumping heads with kiwi, typical kiwi he was abit of a loose cannon. Heres my last interaction with scammed user 'hanzell' seems pretty happy to me after i helped him with a big job to buy a computer and even gifted him a nitro as i usually did to my workers who went hard. Obviously i feel bad for them but i cant control kiwi.

It was nothing but a pleasure in my time dealing with sammy and to save any bullshit and due to the fact he was more trusted than me i went 1st everytime, i dont see why he would go 1st with kiwi when i wasnt there, feel bad for him but it wasn't a smart move at all.

• If i was a scammer surely i would've dipped out when i had access to all our customers gp and a bunch of my own gp, also surely i would have been scamming these old customers/friends who tried to sell me gp months after these scams took place. heres a couple examples.

• I have a bunch more chats i can go through and screenshot later aswell, i would like to state that over the years i had dealt with many legit folks. Traded $20,000+ easily and every trade went smooth. I used to like to deal with the legit folks and happily went 1st with them on many $500-$1000+ trades because i knew they was legit and they was like me, why scam a cheeky $500 when you can make $1000+ in no time at all being legit? :') I have been trusted with $1000's of dollars a time and bills of gp when it was .70 so i dont see why i would scam a petty 2b of .40 gp after having years of legit deals and making alot of money, why would i throw away my connections like that or ruin my name when i enjoy chatting with everyone and being in all the discords. I wouldn't do this to myself its ridiculous and is against my morals. I ALSO APPOLIGISE TO ANYONE WHO HAS TO READ THROUGH THIS ITS AM MESS! Lastly, i'm sorry to anyone who lost out here, i dont have anything against them and if i was on the receiving end i would have reported me aswell even tho i didn't have anything to do with them for months. I wished i removed my association with fiesta when leaving, but that was the last thing on my mind and this is the last thing i ever expected to happen.
