    Everyone is new at some point :).

    MM means Middle Man. The middle man's job is to make sure no one scams the other by taking both items, from buyer and seller, and trading them. Sometimes, they charge a fee for this action. MM fee = Middle Man fee

    MM Fee is what a Middleman charges to MM a trade.
