Birthday Section/Announcements

Saw someone advertising they had their birthday that day in Offtopic general, thought perhaps small announcements or whatnot could be a nice idea to personalize sythe a little more. It would work off the basis of people inputting their birthday at registration?

 

It's stated at the bottom of the forum, and there's a thread in Community General: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=452112.

 

At the bottom of Sythe there's already a list of people's birthdays.

Also, sadly, the thread doesn't get too much attention. I'm sure if there was a section it'd be the same way.

 

Also, if you would like to wish someone a happy birthday, the spam forum is a good place to do so.

 

No need for this, these people showup and the bottom of the page, and we have a 'Happy Birthday' thread for that.
