Okay, firstly, let me clear up a few things:

Video states that he's told me to provide proof that Julia went first to me via our trade a handful of times, which isn't true, it is my bad that I did, after getting banned open up a thread and totally forgot about it, hence why I never replied due to college work and other real life issues, so my bad on that one, but in no way am I attempting evasion like another mod said, it's just miscommunication and bad timing on my end.

Secondly, I was banned under the suspicion of a 'scam quit' or something along those lines, ironically by the same people who were banned for actually scamming, me refusing to sell to them due to them being relatively new led to those handful of people to spam the mods to ban me, the 'evidence' was apparently enough to get me banned, yet they were banned for being scumbags while I was banned on a suspicion, which is relatively harsh in my opinion, considering my track record previously had been perfect.

Now, thirdly, the main reason in which I was banned was for saying a trusted member 'Julia' went first with a relatively big trade, a slight exaggeration on my end potentially, and I don't have the Skype logs so I'm trying to get into contact with Julia, however, let me try to relieve my case a little here, because despite it seeing like I'm being a flat out liar here, I'm not, and I'm wondering if lying about that would warrant a permanent ban anyway; anyway, I'm attempting to show I wasn't lying, and here's how it went down:

When Fifa was released I accumulated a large sum of wealth, I got into contact with Julia and we did a long trade that would span over the most of the day, many of these were smaller increments, me doing bits and bobs for Clara before being paid, maybe the figure I said was a bit of an exagarration, but I know Clara trusted me before I sent my fifa coins for a big trade, I'm hoping /u/clara can confirm this (However, their English isn't great and this was months ago).

Here are the two trades (I refunded to send on another paypal, we had good trust in each other) the $16 was after I bought a set amount of players she had from customers, as she had a customer waiting with the million on my account, she sent the payment shortly before I sent her the account details, if Clara still has the skype conversation @hearthstoneguy1991 on skype, that'd be amazing, like I said, if I grossly exaggerated, which I didn't do with ill intent I apologise, but after looking at my paypal history, we've been trading for years Clara and I.

If there's any more evidence to back it up, here goes: Hearthstoneguy1991 vouches a pretty respectable amount of vouches, all went well most accumulating to a respectable amount from all traders, however, #

That could be a coincidence, but if you guys believe what I'm saying, Julia wouldn't put that for no reason, and after browsing hasn't done for the majority of the people she vouched. She also liked my posts and liked my halloween suggestion after which I thought was a nice touch, like I said, this seems like a really bad misunderstanding.

I'm sorry if this looked bad or for wasting your guys time, but I'm not a scammer, nor did I intend to scam ever, if I looked sketchy, please realise there was no ill intent involved and any 'exaggeration' I may have said is my bad, but Julia did genuinely send me money after a series of successful trades, hope this can get sorted, regards.

 

I posted a thread, more for clarity to confirm why I got banned, it was answered near immediately, I post a thread with proof and a clearance and it's been ignored for 3 days while other threads are being replied to, what gives?

Found my old laptop that dates back to the Skype conversation we had so I can provide proof of everything.



As seen in this picture, 1.2m on the first week of Fifa, she had customers waiting on my gold, before I had paid or given my account. I wanted to confirm I was talking to the real Julia, but so far no trades done, nor has my account been given.



First payment was here and I was still on my account, she then gave me players to buy and I did, after she paid me she wanted to go on my account, but it was fine me paying her beforehand (PP proof in other thread)



More players bought for her.



Another batch of players, she offers to pay me first, but it's so late for me I end up trading the account, it all goes well.




It's been 3 months and I really want my account back so I can start trading. Would really appreciate if it can get solved asap, been a week since first post. @video @malakadang @Astro @Superfluous

This is driving me insane, been a whole week and I haven't even had a response, I provided every proof and went the extra mile, this is kind of unfair.

Actually scratch that, you're ban evading and an offsite scammer - Skype: philcandoit92 scammed me out of an account purchase.
