Bought an account from Skillz0re for paypal. Account was recovered, and the user cannot return the account to me. However, he has claimed the account was his brothers and he can no longer recover it.

Not sure if I need to provide screenshots of the PM regarding the confirmation that he will not be returning the account. Edit: I would like to clarify that the user is UNABLE to return the account, it is not that he simply will not return it.

Unless you can prove that the account was recovered, and that he was the one that recovered it from you, we're not taking action

Now if he said earlier that he would do something in this sort of situation prior to your trade, we'll look at that proof
