Thread Layout and Signature request

I'm looking for a thread layout for my questing service. Looking to stay around $20-30 for both together. Want the signature to be clickable (You may have to walk me through how to do that though lol) Also in the layout I would like a quest cape and my Skype as well as most of the prices for my quests that I do. Will be discussed over Skype.
