Urgent Paypal Help PLlease Claim and Cancel

Ok I had sent the guy £7 which he converted to euros therefore paypal charged a fee. Then when I try to claim for unauthrozie access and tried to cancel it it wont let me and said " this is an invalid action" ? i ticked the box before exiting wtf please help. What am i doing wrong ?

 

It seems that you might have already cancelled and paypal has a hold on the money. They are "reviewing" the trade you did with paypal and usually takes 3 days for it to clear through. It should most likely go to him but if it doesn't just send him the money again and do an item dispute. Unauthorized transactions will get your paypal locked after awhile.
