its a good build, you have a good beefy processor but your gpu is lacking. i'd like to imagine the newer amd processor is better because it has a better architecture but i can really only compare intel cpus haha. in conclusion, go for the amd ryzen and a better gpu, probably a 470 or 480. 750ti is not going to cut it if you're future proofing.

What do you plan to use the computer for? The GPU is quite weak in comparison to the CPU. Additionally, if you want to upgrade to the Ryzen CPU's, it'll add longevity to the computer systems life, albeit sticking with the default CPU is good too.

If you don't plan on gaming, then the 750ti is honestly fine, but there's no point in wasting money on the 750ti if you plan to upgrade in the future. Look at getting a AMD RX 460/470.

if you're not overclocking you probably could ditch the cooler and use the stock one. i wasn't sure on your budget, but if you're short on cash then you probably would want to go into the 8350 750ti route.
