House of Cards Season 4

Did anyone no-life watching House of Cards yet? I am at episode 2 of the new season and first episode was good ish. I wonder if they are going to keep it exciting enough.

Thoughts ?

 

I'll prob watch it all over the next week.

 

I liked it. Way better than S3.

My only question is what is the point of Seth's character? Seemed sort of irrelevant to have him this season... seems like he's there to be Doug's antithesis and to do the press releases, but even then there doesn't need to be a whole character for that really...

 

I agree I think season 4 was much better than 3. I think Seth's character will get a lot more attention next season and I think he will be a lot bigger part of the story but who knows.

 

My buddy is a medic on set for the show, I still could never get interested.

 

Finished S4 - kinda disappointed in the ending for some reason. It wasn't a bad ending, actually the idea of it was quite good...However, I don't think it had the same power to it like the ending for S2 when Frank double knocks the desk in the oval office with his ring. That was dope.

 

That was definitely a very powerful ending. What I loved about the end of this season though, is that Claire seemed to be looking into the camera while Frank is talking. If we start getting Claire monologues I think it will be great.

 

This show is savage as hell, I own the first season. Havent really had a lot of chance to watch the other 3, need to get back into this while skilling.
