Is Buying Accounts from Gold4Fun Legit?

I've botten a ton of gp from them and was never scammed. I've also boughten a pure account off them months ago and it was never recovered. I am now thinking of buying a main from them for $219, do you think it will be recovered after i buy it? Remember that the one i bought wasn't and they have been legit so far. PLEASE ONLY REPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM OR HAVE BOUGHTEN AN ACCOUNT FROM THEM BEFORE. Thank you.

 

I have lots of experience and believe me, Ur better of buying from a (trusted) sythe member.

If the account gets recovered (and since most of those accounts are just being resold by gold4fun it will most likely happen) your fucked since all you have is a support chat where all they say its not their fault and to call in 13421234123414231234 hours till the manager arrives.

 

Well i sold an account to them once and they wait 2 weeks before putting it up on their site, so the e-mail and recoveries are theres, so you can easily recover it back. Plus i would never trust a sythe member, no offence.

 

Yeah I wouldn't risk it. Just saying im selling my main for a fair bit less than that. Gold4fun are also over priced and most of the accounts are ones they have bought cheap and have re-sold as the guy above me said. They will provide no real support to you and will defiantly not refund you.

well you have to think, the accounts they are selling could be re-sales, so there may or may not be a third-party that was involed in the account, so ask yourself is it a risk your willing to take.

 

I bought one account there it was awesome like maxed. A week later it was recovered. I went back they said I could pick a new account out but only for 1/2 the original value of the account. I still have the account its been a year or so. I would suggest buying from a trusted member on sythe.

 

go to playerauctions.com or buy from a trusted member here, you'll get a way better deal and I trust it much more.

 

I wouldnt trust them, they are always buying accounts off other people. I have seen many threads, here on sythe, talking about them being recovered.
That being said, there will be plenty of accounts that they sell that never get recovered, but is it worth the risk trying to find one?

 

Dude, i bought an account there (well my mom did) for my birthday. I think it was $119.
It was a pure with 99 range, magic, hitpoints. I had the account for 2 weeks and then it got recovered. When i talked to them about it on chat they told me please wait 24 hours to figure out what happened. and they kept doing that.

After that i joined this site about 5 months ago? ive never been scammed ive sold 4 or 5 accounts and bought 3. None of them recovered.

I suggest buying rsgp with that cash and buying an account from a trusted member on here. Or buying an account with Pay-pal with highly trusted members.

 

There's been a lot of stories of people being scammed, I would never do business with them. You're better off just doing it here with a trusted member.

 

Im not going to buy a account from anyone on Sythe, there are no trusted members that i know and 90% of them are just random people who can't be trusted. Gold4Fun is a company which i've done business with for a looong time and have not once been scammed or disappointed, so i am going to try to buy the account. If it gets recovered then w/e. Thanks for the responses though guys.

 

NO! DO NOT buy accounts from gold4fun. I've bought 2 accounts from them and all were recovered by the original owner in a week's time. I've had several problems with them over live support and they did not agree to co-operate and refund me. I had to chargeback all the payments I ever made to them as they wouldn't cooperate and when I demanded that I speak to a manager, they wouldn't reply.

Also I learned that the main reasons to never buy accounts from them is:

1. Recovery - They buy and re-sell accounts, so chances are that original owner will recover it back
2. Over priced - I mean come on, have you seen their prices? Some of the accounts they have up for sale..I can get them for half the price here on Sythe
3. Poor customer service - If there ever is a problem they will just ignore you and tell you to come back in 1/2/3 days etc. to deal with the issue. Not to mention their website is down a lot and they NEVER reply to e-mails (unless it involves you buying/selling gold or whatever)


TLDR; Gold4fun = Scum of the Earth, Stay away from them

 

How long ago did u buy those two accounts? Because they recently changed a rule about how they buy their accounts and now they make sure that the e-mail and recoveries are changed before they list it on their site.

PLUS over the year or so that ive been doing business with them they have had great customer service, there live chat is always on and you get responded too within seconds, plus the representatives are always funny and very nice.

I guarantee they would recover it back probably 2-3 months after you have it. When you go back to speak to them they will say that they'll try to contact original owner, say that he couldnt be reached and they could give you an account worth $20-40 dollars instead... Dont buy a high priced account from them.

 

I personally think they are unlegit. I have bought gold from them and have been hacked the same amount of times I bought gold from them. Also my antivirus keeps telling me it is not a very good website. My last evidence is after I contacted them about this issue, the IP banned me. Not to mention you can't 1)Prove they hack you 2)Do anything because you shouldn't be buying gold in the first place.

Most of the account sellers are in fact very trustworthy, like 90% of them, so 90% of the accounts on Gold4Fun is safe to buy. For the rest 10%, we still have our compensation policies.

Plus, it's just that the Majority of ppl with good experience just wouldn't talk about it, or they don't come along here that often like those merchants do.

 

Do not buy from them. I have been here a long time and all I see is negative stories about account buying. Gold buying is another story, but most accounts will be recovered. Use a trusted Sythe member, and if you don't want to do that then don't buy an account. Using a Sythe member means you will get an account cheaper and going through a trusted/big name trader means that you most likely won't get scammed. Gold4Fun has retarded customer service and aren't legit. Though if you like half spoken english and being scammed go ahead and waste your money. You already seem to have made up your mind, but don't come crying here when you get scammed. We warned you.

 

I have only seen negative feedback.
Most of the people start calling it gold4scam.
I wouldn't buy off them if I was you.
I have heard they have corrupt workers and stuff...

 

Don't bother. I've heard nothing good about Gold4rs.
