Laptop ok to bot?

Hey i have i pretty old laptop with 512mb of RAM and can get kind of laggy but wondering would it be ok to bot overnight with?

Not sure yet only planning it but would probley start with a slayer or dung bot would they be ok?

Yeah, you could probably run one bot on the laptop. Try running linux to avoid lag.

 

laptop tends to overheat more

 

Of course you can run 1 bot., but I'd go with a paid bot just to be completely safe.

 

Like it's been said above, laptops overheat faster but it should definitely run 1 dung bot but before that, we need to know more of the computer specs.

 

its e-system laptop.. probley never heard of it, cant even find the system specs:S but im hoping to bot for a few weeks or longer untill i get a new pc

 

Looked linux up, is that somthing like windows or just software??

 

Operating system, what Mac run with.
Will definitely help with botting on a laptop
though I dont think its necessary.
Its really up to you, and as people above
have said, whether how much lag, or
how fast of overheating to expect you want.

You'll be fine botting one account lol. But if you want 2-5 bots get a PC.

My laptop lags on Runescape when the graphics settings are on a low as they'll go and there are no other programs running. I managed to run two bots overnight on it with no issues.

You will probably need to babysit the script as it would frequently stop.

 

i bot on mine all day

 

i use a plinky little dell studio 1737 and run linux mint .. no probs

 

My netbook has more ram, and it struggles with one bot.

It is borderline, I reckon the laptop may be too weak to run one bot effectively.
