Got a new computer(NO MORE DINO)!

SO, those of you that know me, what I've been operating on:

windows 2002 windows xp 1.25 gb of ram.

I have built, ran and operated my websites off this computer.

I have NEVER been able to load rs3 hardly, nor have zopim/skype open at the same time.

This weekend my mom surprised me and bought me a computer:

    2 tb harddrive
12 gb of ram(literally 10x as much as I had)
    15.6 inch monitor
    4 usb ports

    etc etc.

    Cost;$599 on QVC

She gave me $250 off for Christmas ^.^

Needless to say, I can actually properly talk to people now & load games!

    woohoo!

    this.

    also forgot screen res lel

but 12Gb is overkill tbh unless you do intensive work or run VMs from your computer

i'd suggest buying an SSD to put in your laptop, best upgrade you can do on a PC. IF you have an additional HDD bay inside, just buy like a 120Gb or so SSD but if you don't, you should buy a 240-500gb one, they are pretty cheap nowadays too ... like 150$ for a 500Gb SSD.

if you find you lack space, you can buy an external HDD for mass storage aswell, 70-80$ should get you a 2TB external one
