Whats quests are "must have" that add def?

What quests give defense xp on zerker pures? I keep hearing about quests and whatnot. anyone know these quests??

Thanks, idk whether to just keep 40 def or not, I might just because I like f2p pvp more then p2p, simply because I lagg alot, so I dont like risking so much for to lagg and die lol.

I've done nature spirit, drag slayer, a few other def raisers, but I can do fremmy trials, heros, and legends and get barrows gloves and id only be 45 on the dot, so idk what ill do yet.

 

If you can get barrows gloves and stay at 45 I would do that. Or just never train def and if you get tired of f2p get them and p2p pk. Either option is still going to do well in pvp.

 

True that, I'd enjoy p2p more if I didnt lagg, if i die in f2p im not losing much p2p is like 200k each whack.

 

Loot for kills is generally better though. If your connection is shit then i would stay f2p. Its all up to you though.
