Requirments for account sellers?

Few days ago i was browsing sythe forums for new account i want to buy for a friend that just got banned.To my suprise every thread that was involving selling account was scam.Apart from the few threads where people were selling some pures.Why?Because each of the sellers still had membership days left.Which means it is very easy to recover it.I also saw alot of people who are on sythe from barely 2months selling accounts, leechers and so on.This is why sythe must take measures.Here is what i suggest:
-To be able to sell account you must be registered sythe member from 6months.
-You must have atleast 100posts.
-Your account that you wish to sell must not have any membership left.
-The info about the account must be accurate and up to date.When you see the runescape message on that account upon log in you get the idea how accurate and up to date the picture is.
