MOD/ADMIN or someone read

Since every time I post in the dispute forum it says I am muted or whatever, I am posting this crap here. This is in regards to this thread:

The guy is ME LIKE PIES. Basically his brother scammed me back in February. Did strength training 1-65 and he didn't pay up. Price $125. So I don't know if it's really MLP or his scamming brother that wants to come back. So MLP tells me over MSN & PM (check inbox for Altic Lansing) that he'll give me "something" and in return he wants to be unbanned. So it should ultimately be up to me if he unbanned correct? I mean, somewhere in the rules it does say you are responsible for your account and IP. Anyways, here is the original training thread.
