Make sure you report him as a scammer here on Sythe and then use that as proof in the dispute. Provide as many screenshots of the validation of the trade as possible. If the payment was sent from a breached PayPal account, then you will most likely lose. But if he has disputed as unauthorised on his same IP address then you are likely to win so long as you provide the proof as aforementioned.

 

It's his real PayPal account and unfortunately I don't have all skype logs because they are deleted after 30 days but I have some.
And it was not unauthorized payment, it was non-receipt.

And he's already banned.

 

Make sure to submit a report on him anyway, because if he ever wants to pardon he will have to pay you back before he is considered. This report goes a long way with the non-receipt disputes on PayPal. I've won multiple before doing so.

I showed them all the relevant screenshot proof of the trades and conversations. And then linked them to the accusation/report here on Sythe and they had a lot of leverage.
