    This is probably going to sound really stupid, but.
    I'm about to swap my transmission in my 1998 civic ex coupe, from a 4-speed auto to a 5 speed manual.
    I run a d16y8 engine(incase anyone was wondering)
    Am I going to need to get a new engine?
    Or will replacing the ecu and trans/clutch work?
