"this is not your account"

Okay, so you might be wondering what this is about.

Well, recently I been checking old RS pictures and I've been seeing if I can possibly recover some of the accounts if they're old enough considering that the owner hasn't logged in for at least 2-3 years.

One account I came by was called "boxerdude".

His account was special in a way that when you get to the recovery page, when you are suppose to type in your recoveries, instead of the questions appearing, this is the format for his recovery answers-

It gave me quite a feeling. I sorta laughed in real as well as freaked out a little.

To get a clearer picture of what I'm talking about, go to runescape and try to recover his password as in "recovering forgotten password", and then scroll to the place where you're suppose to enter the recoveries and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Hopefully you see the same thing as I do. So if you do, do you know how he did that? Or was it just some prank Jagex did?

im guessing at one point jagex let you set custom questions, or jagex is screwing with ppl

 

anybody can do this..u set ur own recovery questions..

 

Mine used to be in a similar layout, it's nothing special

Yeah, anyone can set there own questions. Rarely ppl do that tho haha

Of course you can. In the default boxes where it says "Where were you born?" etc just click on them and you can type your own question in.

 

So you're recovering accounts that you do not own?

 

Yeah ^ because normally you just put in random shit and get the acc
