Report/post/reason that got you banned: Bear Gold

We got banned due to that fact of us having incorrect vouches within our discord server & we didn't respond to @video within his own personal allotted timeframe. (We deserved to be punished & I'm not disputing that fact)

I accept it was wrong to have the incorrect vouches.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: None required as we have never scammed anyone for there to be victims

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

We had recently just set up a new discord & hadn't changed all my information around (I copied my template from CRANK which is why details were input incorrectly at the time). I fully understand I shouldn't of allowed the discord to grow without changing this & fully regret it. The result from this was far worse than I could of imagined and still believe the outcome was extremely harsh although I did deserve punishment for the issue. This clerical error has been rectified & will NEVER happen again!

Upon reading the rules more closely after being banned I did find a statement within the rules which does state at most I should have only been banned for 1 month.

I have made great efforts to turn this around since the decision and I am continuing to improve on what we offer. Our discord is growing, our website is nearly fully operational & we have put a lot of time and effort into creating a safe & open discord based around our users to ensure safety of customers.

I believe after all the efforts we have made since the resulting ban & further efforts we are making shows that we are willing & able to change.

What ever the decision will be I fully accept & just hope you can see things from a different perspective as we haven't ever scammed anyone & are trying to make something out of Bear Gold.
