This ban is unfair.

This ban is ridiculous. This user bought an account off me, and he inquired what clan I was in as he also does clan PKing. I told him what clan I was in and thought nothing of it. He purposely went in game and messaged my friends, and clan mates. He lured/ tried to lure everyone I knew on RS. Made me lose all of my friends, and banned from my clan. He offered to throw me some GP for the troubles (AFTER HE HAD DONE THIS), and I accepted. He went offline, gave me nothing. After being gone for a week or so, he came online and I simply asked for my share. He went on a trip about me 'demanding' a share, which never happened. I merely asked for a share, and he went on a power trip. I told him if he wanted to be fair and give me a share of the lure that he got from using my name, I would be legit about this all. He didn't. I told him he could give me my share of the lure, or I would be recovering my account to stop him from using my name to lure. He gave me nothing, I recovered the account.

I don't feel that I 'scammed' him anymore than he 'scammed' me.

 

If you can provide evidence of him attempting to scam your clan members etc, we may be able to take action on him for that (depending on the proof). Your ban dispute however will be denied. You have no right to recover an account back from someone on these grounds.
