I can sing in an indie-folk fashion. Check it out!

Hey guys, if you hadn't seen my signature before it got removed for being too big, you most certainly know I'm a HUGE Elliott Smith fan. I love his music, love his innuendos about drugs, life, death, love, hate, depression, everything. His ability to disguise something horrible with a line that sounds happy (until looked at bit by bit and such), and all that. (more reasons I love E.S., and a little about him)His voice, his down-to-earth, and the way he felt about his fame, really humble, ALWAYS, until the day he died, every performance, he remained humbled to those who turned up to see him. Respect. He died in 2003 from two stab wounds to the heart. Strongly believed it was suicide due to his heroin addiction and his diagnosed severe depression, but he was finally seeming to be happier in 2003...I can't believe it was suicide. His case is still OPEN, with a possibility of homicide.

"I don't think I'm the type of person for fame, I just kinda, play some instruments and sing, and hey, if people like it, cool, if not, well, at least I do..." -Elliott Smith

Well, I covered some of his music.

Just know, the first of which I will be sharing is a MASTERED cover, and the second is not. That's where the slight pitch difference (along with the two separate pitches in the two songs, but eh..)

    First up, we have...

"In the Lost and Found" by Elliott Smith

And, second, one of my top 5s by him..

    "Miss Misery" by Elliott Smith
    https://soundcloud.com/jordanlost/miss-misery-vocal-cover

The second one has some slight editing done in SoundForge, and it's obvious.

Don't hate the obvious accent. From California, live in Georgia (have for 10 years), the accents are starting to blend, and it's stupid. :( Lol.

But, anyway, hope you guys enjoy. Or at least, hope people listen. That'd be pretty cool, honestly. All I want to do is get my voice out there, so yeah! :)

    Thanks guys,

    ~Clyde
