Reporting Piqqy

I purchased a RuneScape account from Piqqy about a month ago and just recently he had recovered the account. I know this because when I tried logging in, it wouldn't let me and when I go to check his Skype, he had removed me.

Next time you should be able to tell that something is wrong when you are being sold an account like that for less than 50$.
