    what do you think? i have to accounts with bunny ears and scythe's do you think they will ever live up to party hats and santa hats??

    No, I do not think so. They will NEVER be tradeable. They're holiday items that represent a time of year in RuneScape and making it tradeable seems dumb and the items loses meaning.
