My laptop won't connect to Wifi anymore..

Just giving it a shot.
My Toshiba windows 7 laptop won't connect to Wifi anymore..
Didn't change settings or whatever.
I can connect it too my Mobile data tho by an usb cable..
anyone got tips to solve this?

Your laptop's internal wi-fi card might be broken.

Before buying that I would recommend uninstalling your laptops wifi drivers and reinstalling them. Could also remedy the problem.

but i dont have due its my moms old laptop but she also dont know the admin pass
so how to factory reset laptop?

 

I'm pretty sure you'll need the admin pass to factory restore it
Try going on youtube and typing in your exact problem, i'm sure you'll find a solution!
