Depends if you take someones source or not.

Depends on if you know what you're doing, or if you're following a guide.

Utensils? lol, no. You'll probably need to go check out a programming forum. Or ask for someone to teach you?

 

i'd suggest you buy the program from RID to make a bot.

By the sounds of it you don't even know how to program, thus it would take you months to make one. (unless you are some sort of fast leaner)

I think writing script is so booring

 

I use to write scripts in scar long time ago for fun...i didn't even play runescape at the time, it was fun making bots. Now not many people use scar and not worth making bots anymore
