lilwu scammed me in out of a sara plate promising me a pin.

he gave me 2 pins but they dont work for the country they told me they were going to work in and now he wont give me replacements? wow i failed for a dum scam i saw some of his vouches and thought that he would be trusted but aparently not and now im out of a saradomin plate. i have some pics here ill post that might help my case. always use an omm guys i thought this guy was trusted but aparently hes not. probably fake vouches to.. i reallly would like it if this guy was banned or i.p banned from sythe.org.
