Dear staff!

Hey all!
please read carefully. Everything will be explained!

1) why i was banned

3) why i'd like to be unbanned

1) back in 2005 i had an account called NoSui2prises. back then i used to be 10 year old and i didnt speak english quite well. I admit I fake vouches because I saw other people have it too and I got a twc. Then i quit rs and sythe eventually then i rejoined sythe on the name Sas. On that account I haven't done anything towards breaking the rules, tho I did have a TWC for some bs which im still not sure of, but then i got banned by pen for ban evading. I've tried to appeal it several times but he would never answer.
2) the reason i think it was a bad move by the staff is that back then i didnt speak english well and i didnt eventually know what i was doing.
3) since then ive grown up ive mastered the english language, i do not play runescape anymore but i many times just come around here and check things out and i really like the community. what id like to be to be unbanned even witha market ban or anything.
