User: Dr. Kenny is a scammer, please do something about this

I posted this, selling a 12 month Xbox Live membership card for $30, I was going to pay for a 60 day WoW membership with it.

The thread contains proof that the 12 month card was in fact unredeemed.

Dr. Kenny contacted me via MSN. He asked me for my Paypal and I sent him the code. Being a new member with now vouches, he demanded that I go first. Almost 20 minutes later he told me the code WAS redeemed and signed off.

I also sent Dr. Kenny a private message through Sythe.org telling him that I do have proof that he had scammed me, and if I do not get the amount owed to me I would report him, I have not had a reply. I really trusted this guy, I don't know what to do.

I know you cannot get my card back, or any money. I just want to know that this individual was punished for what he did, and seeing how his status on MSN was "Buying 1.6k and 4k msp cards" I doubt I am the only one on Sythe who was scammed by him.
