Quick recap: I was confronted by a discord user who already had access to my name list, and was looking to buy an RSN of a league of legends champion. I told him before we could conduct any business I wanted to know who leaked him my list as it goes directly against my TOS and is very harmful to me and my customers due to the number of snipe bots being used lately. He sent me a video taken using his phone of Assassin listing off several of my names (some of the names were NEWLY in my possession, which leads me to believe he has someone that I trust feeding him my current list).

That video was all the evidence he provided in the last report- the discord ID was a match, but because he didn't know how to screenshot/gif on his PC the evidence was deemed insufficient(?). In response to the report Assassin claimed he did not know my list, never leaked it, accused me of FAKING evidence, and provided PROOF that he never talked to that discord user.

Turns out he was right. He never talked to the discord user "Hero", and he knew that. The real discord he leaked my name list to was "Steven". For personal reasons Steven wants his main discord kept private, and made the Hero discord to search for names to buy. Until recently he didn't want to be involved in any of this drama, and didn't want to assist in any report made against anyone, which is why he only provided me with the bare minimum amount of evidence before. This changed.



The video he sends me I will include in a deleted post as it contains several of assassin's names that he tries to offer Hero/Steven to bribe him into helping.

After showing Hero how to use Gyazo he was able to take a better video on his PC instead of using his phone:

So to sum it up: he admits to leaking the list, he offers to bribe him with a name from his personal list to keep quiet, he asks for his help to get ME banned, he lied on the official report about EVERYTHING including saying that he didn't know my list in the first place, and then he reported me for FAKING EVIDENCE knowing full-well my report was valid despite not having enough evidence at the time.

If mods want to go back and confirm the times, everything links together quite nicely. The conversation between Assassin and Hero/Steven in the proof he sent me all takes place AFTER my initial report and prior to Assassin replying to it, once he knew Steven wasn't going to sell him out.

An imposter?! Really?! What possible reason would an imposter have for telling a complete stranger my list? Wouldn't you expect an imposter to you know, IMPOSTER the person with the list in order to scam them? Meanwhile you knew I had a name he wanted, you told him you expect him to use you to transfer (20% of the name value), and you're going for official middleman so you're hungry for vouches. You claim I was talking to Hero and leaking the list but now apparently I am doing so to another user? You legit made this report so you can get a better Doctored Screen Capture.

I know for a fact that screenshot above isn't me and the length you are going to smear my name is absolutely atrocious and alarming. I would never talk bad like that about anyone even yourself. Any Mod can DM me with the Unique ID of this Steven kid and I will prove it. But instead Vivi has to open a report just to attempt to smear my name. I never spoke those words above and can guarantee that is not me. You should have had someone come and DM me so I could have proved it before you even opened this stupid, baseless report man. Of course you hold back on giving me the Unique ID of this kid so I can prove you wrong right away. Sad

Just because someone gets a unique ID like that doesn't mean an intelligent person can fake it if they are desperate for someone to be banned. Absolutely despicable

 

Hold Your Horses! In the Video provided to @Tyler in the last report from what I was told by someone who saw the video that "I" apparently had your list there and plain view leaking to "Hero." Why all the sudden are you saying I didn't leak your list to Hero and did to this new kid called Steven who conveniently is hiding his Discord from you? I already caught you lying here for everyone to see. You claim I never talked to "Hero" but you tried to argue that I did with all your might and you managed to create a fake UID capture like your life depended on it in the last report. Now you have a better looking fake UID capture and claim that "He didn't talk to him" your lies are showing Vivi and the amount of effort you put into this lie is astounding. In conclusion STOP LYING.

You even use my list to try to frame me. I should report you for having my list and leaking it. Mods should take this sort of witch hunt and clear obsession Vivi has with me seriously as this is full blown harassment. Last report VIVI LIED SO MANY TIMES AND MODS IGNORED THE FACT HE LIED EVEN WHEN I PROVED IT. In my last report you saw all the toxicity and anger he had in me, lying 100% of the time to make me look bad to innocent users. I ask the Mods, why would I be saying all of this despite the fact the video and pictures look like it is me at first glance, why is the Discord of "Steven" conveniently missing completely??? How can I prove my case if I do not know his actual Discord???? I wouldn't be saying any of this if I actually did leak his list. You are still completely infatuated with my OMM app. It is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. I find this convenient all this happens once my OMM app went up.

 

Honestly man you should have just owned up to leaking it in the first place. The infraction probably wouldn't have even been that bad. But the more you keep lying to save yourself the more you're digging yourself a hole.

You did not see the video from the previous post. The video was provided by Hero but due to him NOT wanting to be involved in this drama didn't show his name. Now Hero is providing a different video FROM THE SAME DATE as my last report showing the real discord you talked to him on. If I'm not mistaken the time stamps are AFTER my last report, and BEFORE your response to it. Crazy. And I can understand why he'd be afraid to get involved.

You are correct in that we are not friends. After all the previous reports against you I don't respect you in the slightest. That being said I'm not going out of my way to "witch hunt" you and only you. Anyone tries to interfere with you in any way or show your true colours you lash out like an angry child.

The evidence GIVEN to me shows THREE separate UID screen captures, two of them taken WITH A PHONE. Please enlighten me as to how someone would be able to alter or fake that UID.

I don't plan on arguing with you at all on this report. Whoever reviews this can PM me if they need me. As for you, I'm going to keep on ignoring you because it's all the same with you. One more thing, if you're saying that every single instance of this discord name and UID being video recorded are fake, then EVERY SINGLE UID used as evidence in any report EVER can be called into question. Just be an adult and own up to your mistake.

 

Who is lashing out like an angry child by making these reports when you know I did nothing wrong. The screen capture taken with the phones showed the mouse going OUT OF VIEW so don't even start with that point man.

You bring up the timing. I wasn't even around until many hours after your initial report and had not talked to anyone. Once you realized your report was mediocre in your attempt, you decided to add this whole other Discord into play so you can attempt to again plead your false case. In the end I know I did nothing wrong and I am not worried because I believe Sythe won't false ban me. How could I be an adult and own up to something I ABSOLUTELY Did NOT DO. I am shocked this is even happening as I am 100% sure those messages above were not me. Like I said I am not worried because Sythe Mods know how to handle reports like these and people like you. I mean instead of calling into question the legitimacy of the user providing me with the screenshots/videos you IMMEDIATELY decided I was faking the evidence and counter-reported me. Little childish, no? Very defensive, no?

It was brought to my attention you are in possession of my name list and are giving it out to unknown users. I was given a video of that fact. I acted on it in the form of a report. I'd expect you or any other name seller to do the same.

I know you didn't see that first video, nor did anyone who wasn't a Mod. The mouse goes out of view for a millisecond, if you listen to it with the volume on you can hear every click he makes. left and right click of his mouse, while using his PHONE in his other hand to record. He clearly didn't know how to screenshot or take a gif at the time, and he was also still trying to show the bare minimum that I asked of him to protect himself. Makes enough sense to me, but then again I'm a "cancerous retard" so maybe I just can't comprehend anything.

 

I am immediately accusing you of faking evidence because there is no way I did this because I actually didn't do this and there was no way this could of actually happened. Either you or whoever this Hero/Steven guy person is has been faking evidence. The point is someone is faking it which is extremely disturbing wouldn't you agree if you knew I had not done this and were able to read my mind? Because I know it is 100% not legit. Wouldn't you react the same if something happened to you and you saw two reports on something you know you didn't do and that you know someone is trying their darndest to get you banned. Imagine the frustration. That is how I feel so I apologize if my responses can come off as childish.

 

The Mouse in the screenshot also was doing some weird maneuvers at the start. I don't know how he managed to fuck with Discord like he seemed to do in the video and furthermore, I have no idea how he managed to click "Copy ID" and somehow my UID shows up in the chatbox. That is extremely concerning that evidence can in fact be faked. I understand you reported me after seeing the video but I can assure you I do not care enough to leak your list man. If anyone knows a lot about PC's and how this could of been faked based on the video, feel free to tell a mod/chime in as I am completely clueless.

In response to your second point about the Mouse even if you hear the clicks you can easily click a notepad or something with my UID there at the ready. He can just do copy and easy game. I am more concerned about the GIF he sent you because I am unsure how he pulled that off. I also never called you a cancerous retard and would never use such language. @Vivi

 

I truly see NO reason why Hero/Steven would fake any evidence. Even if this person was your arch-nemesis and wanted nothing more than to get you banned, he would have provided TONS of evidence, not the bare minimum. He would have probably tried to fake evidence regarding name sniping, tweeting, or worse, instead of leaking a name list that at worst is an infraction.

I have been talking to him over the course of WEEKS. If he had malicious intent from the beginning I would assume he would have been better prepared to cooperate when it came to revealing his evidence. Instead of me having to convince him that you were in the wrong to leak it without my permission when snipe bots are stealing names almost daily.

Sorry man, in my opinion the evidence isn't in your favour. Nor are the motives or circumstances.

Now let's leave it for the mods. At first you adding lies onto the lies was funny, but now it's just getting sad.

After talking to a few people about the GIF, it is clear that once he pasted the word "your" into the chatbox, he then stopped the recording so he could get my UID from a notepad, then continued the recording and make it look like he clicked "Copy ID" but instead clicked away extremely quick so it would be very hard to notice.

Look closely as you see the mouse zoom away from the "Copy ID" Also notice how the mouse movements are extremely weird and the clicks seem very fragmented. That could only happen if it was stopped and started. But if they didn't do this they DEFINITELY did this. This next method could actually be used in accordance to my actual Discord Account as Gucci Points out.

Thanks to the help of @Gucci he showed me that Discord messages can be edited on the client as well as the web browser easily. They use some sort of inspect element. @Gucci provided me with a GIF of him editing my message that I had sent him followed by him copying and pasting my UID in a legit manner. This indicates that I may of actually talked to this Steven User but the messages were all changed. I talk to so many people a day I cannot find this exact conversation. @Gucci provided me with this Gif to show just how easy it can be.

@Gladiator told me he understands it can be faked easily as he is a legit fair moderator just like the rest of the mods, but you were convinced that you can sneak by and get me banned for something I didn't do. Easy to alter that if all the Discord Messages are already changed. I just want to point out it seems like your defending yourself and not this random Hero guy. It really seems like you are going out of your way just to try to ensure it wasn't you and that it was someone else completely. Only you have the real motive and sheer hatred for me that is nonparallel compared to everyone else to fake this evidence and when it is proven everyone will know the true culprit. Don't even try to argue with the facts I have just presented above.

 

I really doubt anyone is going to go to this much trouble to fake this much evidence for an offense like name leaking. Also in terms of what Gucci did, I really doubt you could classify that as "easy". And it still doesn't mimic the gif he provided.

Regarding the weird movement and "fragmented" mouse movement, is that literally not just having high mouse sensitivity? You seem to be grasping at straws man.

Anyways, I always love how you try to talk yourself out of these situations, but I'm done humoring you with responses.

 

The only person that would go through all of this would 100% be you. That is why you keep bringing up that point to keep the attention away from you. I can see right through you my guy. Doesn't matter if it isn't "easy" anyone determined such as yourself would of went through a lot to learn how 100% and it really isn't as hard as you make it out to be.

It could be high mouse sensitivity but anyone normal wouldn't take such a weird GIF like that. Seems like your grasping at straws for even bringing up that point above. Seems like the GIF you took to frame me was real since your arguing so hard that it is.

It seems like you are trying to say that the first point I brought up is false due to reasons that are extremely insignificant and don't prove its authenticity. That must of been not what you used when trying to frame me and instead attempted my second point I made in which you used inspect element to make up messages and the GIF is actually legit as it is my profile with messages I did not send! And BRUH The whole conversation could of been changed due to inspect element and your telling me that I am trying to talk myself out of this as if I am 100% guilty? Ridiculous. There is literally no motive for me to leak your list to anyone even if I knew it. Similar to the previous report, this has been denied due to insufficient evidence.

The evidence in question could not be verified after speaking to Hero/Stevens. I have given him plenty of time but he has refused to screenshare.
