    Alright, basically I was scammed doing an upgrade. I did not have evidence so really didn't think I could do much. After some well played out moves on my part though I was able to gather and have currently incriminating evidence. Scammer knows this and has promised to pay me back as early as tomorrow. If I don't report him until after I get my money back is that ok?
