THEonlyWc3r Requesting High Pardon

Well this is the known information i can think of after being banned for +6Months.

Background information:
Well around November 2007 i created my account "THEonlyWc3r"
Back then i was around 12 years old, i was only here because it had the title "runescape" all over it, i never read the rules or understood anything like "Ban-Evading."
About a year later i created the account "The_Giver" and sold Membership pins to get some vouches so sythe users would trust me.
Once i ran out of membership pins i had no other source of income and acted like i still had pins and sort of tried tricking people into thinking i was having problems when giving them their pin and told them i will get them setup tomorrow.
The next day i then said my MSN was hacked

The account has been banned since may 26th 2009

What i did was wrong and only looked into benefiting myself, once i was banned i went back to using my Account THEonlyWc3r which i never once scammed/ attempted to scam on. It took my until the day i got scammed to realize that taking from people is really a bad thing to do, i became guilty of my past. I miss working in the community and talking to all sorts of people that i met. 6+ Months ban is sure a suffering consequence but i clearly deserve it.

When i got banned around august 2010 i was pretty pissed off because of all the work i did MMing for the 2-3 months before that.
and about a month later i started getting lots of claims on my paypal account and ended up at a balance of -116$ - i would post a picture of proof but this is all it says when i login to paypal now



To this day i still get collection letters in the mail. and i know sooner or later i have to pay the debt off.

I understand that im not one of the most loyal sythe users and havent done anything to get a name out there for myself. but i want to positively influence this community in whichever way i find possible. if i have to i will submit a new pardon request every 6 months until the day im unbanned. i felt like part of a huge growing family when i was here and dearly miss it.
