Hey there, I have spoken to Hahanerd about this and he told me this is the best way to go about it.

A few years ago my sythe account was banned since it linked with the IP of another hacker. I have no idea who the guy is but it lead to my account getting banned. (King Dragoon/Theoatrix)

i asked for a pardon on the account (i cant find the thread anymore) and it was declined since they thought i was the hacker? I offered to show my 2FA information or the verified by mobile info but they simply wouldnt help me.

So fast forward a few years, i made a new account theoatrix2 and that was recently banned for ban evading. Im not sure what other option i could have since the sythe mods wouldnt help me unban my first account in the first place?

please could someone discuss this or help me out, im not really sure what to do and im not exactly sure how i can resolve this since i was rudely declined a few years ago about it.
