cant recover old sythe account

Hey you guys.

Im struggling with a problem which is that I can not log in with my other account on sythe which is a pretty old account and has some vetos on it. I want to use this account again since it's more trustworthy and I want to sell a runescape 07 account.
When I try to log in with my other account I get this message:

When I follow the steps, I need to fill in my E-mailadress. But when I fill in the email adress which was connected to the sythe account, I don't get any e-mails. And I looked at the "unwanted" section in my inbox but I dont see any e-mails from sythe which is really wierd. I dont have any blocked e-mail adresses so I dont know how this is possible that I dont get any Emails from sythe.

Can some one help me out?
