Fake vouching for eachother(29billion and cows313)

Here is a link to cows313 free names and account service I guess you could call it as stated in the thread title http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=9615494 29billion got a 2 names from him apparently and they are vouching for eachother for free names. Here is both of their vouch threads.

I didn't think this would be allowed here since there is really no actual trading going on since they are free names. As you can see they both vouched for eachtoher twice. Also I received a PM from cows313 asking if we could trade a vouch for vouch. I told him "nty" and deleted his PM so I can't post a picture of it on here or I would have. He sent me the PM around a half hour ago and I thought this should be reported.
