Why you think they are ban evading:
ZerkerWithAVengance (banned account) made a thread about selling two rare display names, J_5 and Disturbed.
http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1120806&highlight=Disturbed
He was banned for scamming and acting as his own imposter.
http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1127338&highlight=ZerkerWithAVengance
After he got banned, he ban evaded and made another account (RareNameShop) to sell those two display names, thread is here
http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1131072&highlight=Disturbed
Now he's ban evading again and trying to sell those two display names on his new account, The_Zerker_Attacks
http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1154073
If this isn't enough proof, he should get a TWC until he explains how he got a hold of those 2 display names. He's probably the same person though :<
