The Hunger Games - Mockingjay Part 2 [Spoilers]

Hey everyone, so I went and saw mockingjay part 2 last night. I was really impressed byt the movie throughout as with the whole sequence of movies. How did you all find it, if you have seen it yet?

 

Yet to see it, but would you recommend it? I have a couple friends interested in going on Tuesday, so I might join them. I haven't seen any of the movies before it, so would I be totally lost without that?

 

Only thing i liked about the movie is.. Star Wars trailer at the start when they showed all the upcoming movie trailers.

Anyways yea i would rate it 9/10 i liked part one better.

 

I actually found it a bit of a letdown. Of course knowing what happens in the book certainly doesn't help, but the pop up scares always followed a pattern of 2 fakes and then the real popup.

Spoiler: like for example

(e.g. 2 deactivated pods, then the oil pod. Or underground, 2 times turning a corner then nobody's there, then the 3rd time a mutt appears

I mean generally it just didn't interest me as much as the other ones did. Feels at this point just a money grab. It wasn't terrible, but like it was very average, and I'd expect more from a film adaptation of a book that got so huge.
