Babysit Your Bot!
I watch my bot sometimes to look at how much money i have made

Talk/Respond to Players
fuck that, they are just going to say I'm botting so i report them for disruptive behavior.

Play in High Detail--->Windowed, Not Safe Mode
I play in low detail because i do other things on my computer

Never Use More Than 1 Account on Signed
Idk i usually only have 1-2 accounts botting at the same time.

Do Legit Playing Every Now and Then
Only time i usually do "Legit" play is when the new holiday special quests come out.

Don't Focus on One Skill; Spread Out Your Botting
I bot one 99 then i go to the next botable skill

Don't Bot—Wait x Days—After Getting Banned
I don't know

Play with Private/Public/Trade Chat ON/OFF
I have all my shit OFF besides public chat

Don't Post Your Runescape Name on Forums
Only retards do this shit i don't know why but they do.

Don't Bot Naked
I usually have Armour or decorative clothing on when i bot.

I'm not saying all this stuff is wrong, Hey i maybe just one of the few lucky ones that can get away with botting 24/7

While I think the god has some reasonable logical conclusions, I greatly disagree with

I don't believe detection is as hot as you think, and I think player reports are actually a valuable source of information for them; as human intuition of botting is greater than any software.

Also as mentioned in the first page, I dislike how you say these things as fact. Jagex's attitude towards botting seems to have changed ever since free trade was abolished, and people started botting on their mains, so it would ALSO explain certain aspects as to why you wouldn't be banned for certain things.

The runescape playerbase has been on sharp decline ever since free trade and wilderness was destroyed, and it isn't unrealistic to assume that they let some botters go, and only do some as examples. So I'd have to say, we'll have to see how well this holds up if Wilderness and Free trade does come back, and people can use armies to fund their main. We'll see how lenient they are with people and their massive armies.


Anyways just my 2 cents.

 

I'm kind of wondering if Jagex has a bunch of bans ready to go for when they release free trade. Maybe free trade could come out, and the same day Jagex releases info on a mass ban to tell people "Don't test us." Also seems like a good time for them to start using a new detection system too. That's what I would do, but I can't see Jagex actually trying to improve anything.
