    The ways of scamming!

    Hello!
I want inform you about the methods scammers are trying to use against you!
I'm going to give some advice what to look.
    Summary:
    1. Seller goes first and gets no money
    2. Buyer goes first and gets no account
    3. Vouches which doesnt prove anything

    Vouches:
People often think that vouches give a lot of trust, but if you start looking more carefully, there are often vouches like this:
The question is: Does it really prove that the buyer/seller is legit? I think not. Many scammers are trying to get as many vouches as they can get, because then there is a bigger change of scamming someone. Even if the vouch is with all details about the trade, it can still be fake. So my conclusion is: Don't think that a person with many vouches is really trustworthy, always look at the amount of money which was in trade, then you start seeing differences. Some people just train others accounts, give free pins, sell some junk or whatvever to get a vouch. Do not think that a vouched person is 100% legit. Always look, if he/she has done similar trades before, this may add some trust.

    PayPal
Many scammers use PayPal, because it's easy to scam there. Especially buyers-scammers, they make a payment and after that if they have recieved their goods, they just changeback the money. All types of orders all changebackable, even gift and donation. Buyer just has to call to the paypal and say that someone has stolen his account and get all the money back. Same thing is with sellers, they talk so nicely and say that there is no omm or mm online, and succest you going first, and use Claim&Cancel method. After you have done that, they will say you "Good Bye" and leave.
So be aware! I recomend useing Western Union or MoneyBookers. I'm not sure about others.

    For buyers:
Dont go first, unless seller has more than 20 vouches and many of them are about selling/buying accounts. Rembember, that seller can almost always recover the account back. Do not do the Claim&Copy method unless you are really sure, that you wont get scammed. It is really recomended to use official or 100+ vouched unofficial omm or mm. It's recomended that the omm or mm does Stolen pass appael, and if it is accepted, transfer the money.

    For sellers:
Dont go first, unless buyer has more than 20 vouches and many of them are about buying/selling accounts. Remember, that PayPal is changebackable, so I wont recomend to use it with big trades. Do not fall for that: " Give me your username and password, I look, if you have this account, and I will send you money in 5 minutes". Usually, there will be no money. Password, e-mail, recoveries are changed and if it is a good scammer, he would have done account also member, and then it's harder to recover it.

Special thanks to ~Marley~ , because, he taught me that. (you know what i mean  ).

This SHOULDN'T be in this section. It should be in Runescape General or somewhere similar to be honest... not the blackmarket sub-sections (possibly the lounge though). :/
