A few questions i have...

I have a few problems and questions. Why is it that i feel like i cant play any video games at all because i become obsessed and can not play in moderation? And that i cant play Call of duty and Runescape because they are two different genres of games? Could this all be because i have a severe case of ocd and adhd at all. I think i do and this really bugs me and if i try and quit video games completely i cant... And for those of you wondering i am a 15 year old male if that will help you answer any of these questions i have. Thank you in advance .

 

You don't have OCD. OCD is completely different from what you've explained. You're a kid, and kids play video games. There's nothing wrong with you, you're just going through a phase. I used to play runescape up to 14 hours straight without breaks until I started to gain a social life. (mind you this was when I was about 14-15)

As for not wanting to play runescape and call of duty.. It's normal. Some days you feel like playing different things. I went through an xbox phase right after my runescape phase, and then I got back into runescape. It's just how it works out sometimes.
