    Simply what title says, the guide is not a text file, I can explain it in minutes and it is so easy to do, you can also lure using this method in two places which I can show you as well.     I am quite sure this method is leaked, CJRSV posted a guide on this, you cannot actually train skills well frozen so it is quite useless, if this is different then ignore :p
