I don't think Jagex will abandon Runescape? I mean it makes them millions to billions in a month or two.

Jagex won't give up on RS because I remember a while back that they posted a new update and it said that Runescape has finally reached 1 Million paying members. Which if you calculate that it would be $5M per month and $60M per year which is a ton of cash for them if each membership is at least 5 Bucks per month each. So I would highly doubt that they give up on RS if they roll in around 60M per year. They'll just have to find a way to alter the game, which is why they are coming out with something similar to the wild in the middle of the year. (Might be wrong on that, my memory is kinda sketchy on that so don't flame be about it)

 

meh makes sense but tbh i'd rather play a game with ancient swords and that stuff than some gun game which there are like 200 other games like

 

I hope that if we have RS accounts we can logon to mechscape using them and keep our levels etc..
