    Minor fines for Minor violations, and rewards to those who found them

    Since Mods are not site police and rely on the community to report violations, why not implement minor fines, like $5-10, for minor violations. Perhaps increasing with repeat violations. Stuff that isnt necesarily banworthy but is detrimental to the site (like autobumping when not really available). Those fines go towards the person who reported it if they were right. It would incentivize people to make reports and people would self police more which seems to be what Staff wants.

    Delete if useless.

    Closing per your post report referencing that this would lead to abuse, which I can see happening as well.
