its cb 107+9 and it got 16 mill in cash and about 15 mill in items also got 262/284 qp

Well, I would suggest 99 str Just Because any 99 is Good, then set Goals Like, get every thing to 60 then 70 and so on.

 

im think im gonna get quest cape first then 99 str

 

Quests get boring so maybe get 1 str lvl do like 2 or 5 quests.

 

If i was you id go for 85 attack and defence by training at giant spiders level 50 then 94-99 str there to then 62-70 pray on dragon bones on somebodys altar , then 82 magic and 85 range then 90 + hitpoints then you can do god wars and earn some cash and be really rich thats what i did

 

Definitely Get quest cape, then focus on strength

Id say quest cape to start, so close, then go for 99 strength.

Get some skillcapes. Then play bounty hunter and castle wars till you're bored
