haiti gloves, easy to obtain?

So obvs when they first came out i heard it was really easy to get a pair due to the the mass of people killing it , but me being the lazy sod i am just carried away botting now im kind of regretting not getting them, so i was wandering is it still quite busy making it easy to kill or has it died down alot now, if this is the case whats the best strategy to kill it? stats 91 att, 88 str, 77 def.

Just go to a world with over 1000 people in it and you'll see enough people to kill it in under a minute. I did it on my lv 30 it was only hitting me 10s while I ranged it.
