How should I PK with this obby?

Well I have an obby mauler with the following stats:

1 Attack
90 Strength
1 Def (lol obv is obv)
60 Range
50 Constitution

I'm level 42 combat. When the wild comes back, how should I PK? I haven't really PKed ever since I started RS because when the wild used to be here, I was still a newbie lol, so I didn't really make much use of it. Any tactics? What armor set should I wear?

 

Super Strength
Recoils
Ranging Potion
Red d'hide chaps
Combat Brace if you dont have mith gloves
( Long grey beard to cover zerker neck )
rune knifes and switch to obbymaul
use monkfish or sharks

bring some risk but dont skull because it aint worth loosing zerker neck.

(You'll have to wait till wild is back to pk then)

 

Okay so I'll use Rune Knives (does it have to be p++?) and when do I whip out my Obby Maul? Ring of Recoils, how much should I bring, cause you made it plural.
