This is why I love Eminem, he actually has relevant themes in some of his songs rather than "sniff some crack nigga rapin' dem hoez like yo." Fuck I hate artists like that.

I was ready to post this just a minute ago, but I noticed others have already posted. This is quite a touching song... I can relate to how Dre has been fucked over by people he thought were close to him and whatnot. Great song overall.

im really disappointed in the two songs that got leaked from detox. i was expecting dre to bring the oldschool style back.

still have to listen to the whole album (if he doesn't delay it again -.-) before i make my final conclusions.

In no way, do I reckon Dre showed what he's known for in this track.
Dre's lyrics seem so elementary compared to ya typical Dre verse.

"It literally feels like a life tiiime ago,
But I still remember this shit like it was just yesterday though"

You wouldn't expect it from dre, but it all seems rushed and outta time.
About half the way through it gets better. But yeah, he can do better

I think this song is weak to be honest. It seems like he put very little effort into it and the beat is also pretty basic. Dre's verse was only a minute long and wasn't even good. I think he should just give up on music, so that he can be remembered for his other albums and not some half ass album he's putting out now. It's a shame he's only following in Eminem's and Snoop's path.

i dont like it either. dre can do so much better, but he chose to pick this, sort of, sad song. i liked kush a lot more cuz the track was hot, that beat was outta this world. he shoulda done a hard core, old school, gangsta rap mix, at least 1 in detox. dont wanna hear this new shit like this, wanna hear what made dre da shit.
