Political Parties-The root of all evil (In America)

Political parties in the United States are completely the wrong way for out country to have gone. It is pinning and causing hate between Americans who all want the same basic goals, a happy life. George Washington said in his farewell speech that political parties were "Evil" by his own words. He also predicted how the country would fall into civil war between North and south many years before. So why is this any different. I'd like to show you an example from youtube.

Just the title of these two videos angers me to such a point where I feel the country is already in two pieces. We pin two candidates against each other in a way where they are completely torn apart from each others views. They aren't running for the good of the country, it's for the good of their party, or themselves. I'd like to know what you think. Democrat and Republican are both like labels given in high school such as "Goth" or "Emo", it rips you apart from the rest of the crowd, only with parties, its ripping apart from each other.
