Used riDiversion to get 94 Mage via high alchs. Occasionally it stopped but all in all was pretty happy and the most important thing: not banned.

 

Sorry for the delay, but here's another update that vastly improves the random event handler, and will lead to far fewer (if any) deaths from random events.

Also updated OP with new information, and did some proofreading of the thread to correct and clean up mistakes.

 

Sorry if this has been asked already but, has there been any reported bans for 07 from RiD? I know that the pre eoc bots were undetectable sooo

Lol, it's pretty obvious that you haven't even checked out the website, since there's thousands of active members, and almost everyone uses the OSRS bots.

My advice to you, sir, is to develop a mature, adult attitude and try properly educating yourself about anything you slander before doing so, as choosing the ignorant path makes you look completely stupid.

I got permd for Botting MTA on my almost maxed zerk pre eoc, so by no means they are "undetectable". Was botting for only 12hrs a day too..

Dunno about osrs, but no bot can be 100% undetectable.

 

No bot is 100% undetectable, any time you choose to bot you are risking a ban.
I'm sure you all know this , but yeah it's silly to claim that a bot is 100% undetectable.

You are right about the guideline breach, which would be what has lead to any bans. However, we have yet to see any bans since the release of the 2.0 platform beta, which is a completely different system.

Consistent guideline breaking opens up the possibility of standing out of the crowd of normal players, but most users refer to the motto "Bot as much as you want." I wouldn't be too surprised if some guideline breakers receive a ban at some point, but I would be exceedingly shocked if a Guideline follower did, as we've yet to see it happen under the 2.0 beta.

The guidelines are kind of stupid, they say no more then 8 hours a day, ANY bot you use won't get you banned under 8 hours a day. You like to compare powerbot users botting 3 days straight to RiD users botting 8 hours straight and say "oh RiD has waay less 0% bans"

 

1. I've botted over 10,000 hours, only ~4,200 of which were RiD. I've received over 20 bans from the other bots, and many of those bans were using premium scripts for less than 6 hours a day.

2. I haven't really even directly compared RiD to specific bot sites in the recent past, so I'm not quite sure where you're coming up with this.

3. As I've said many times, which you continue to ignore, is that most of RiD botters are Guideline Breakers or Suicide Botters, yet I haven't seen a ban in close to a year (before the v2.0 platform).

The whole point of Guidelines is to blend in with the crowd and keep you outside of the target zone. Choosing to break Guidelines consistently drags more attention and pulls you out of the crowd. Now, I'm not saying that botting more than 8 hours a day will definitely mean a ban, as I've been a Guideline Breaker/Suicide Botter for over 4,000 hours of botting time with RiD, without a ban. I bot days at a time whenever the bots are stable enough for it (I've botted 50+ hours at a time for several 99s and beyond).

I'm not trying to get in a pissing match with you here, I'm just trying explain a few things that you obviously aren't educated about. My advice to you is to do proper research, find real facts, and display them in a non-aggressive manner.

You always talk about how rid isnt a script, it makes decisions on its own WHEN YOU HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN THE SOURCE LOLLOOLLOOLOLOLOL

As a matter of fact, one of the features of the 2.0 platform is automated debugging and crash log reporting. This includes an image related to the crash. In EoC, any bans happen along with an image saying they have been banned. Meaning the bot would then crash, and report this image to RiD. He'd know if someone was banned in EoC. Since BotWatch is an automated system, it will happen while a player is in game.

As for OSRS; if a bot is claiming to have no bans, and someone is banned using that bot, why would not say something? So many people hate and call bullshit as for the "no bans" claim, insisting there's someone who has been banned following Guidelines, or even banned at all since the 2.0 platform. The main problem with this is that they can't ever seem to actually find someone who has been. Prior to the 2.0 platform, all bans were Guideline breakers, proven so with tracking methods. After the 2.0 platform, we've yet to see one, and we've yet to have anyone come forward.

Think about it this way. If you were using RiD and were banned, knowing that they have a claim of "there's been no bans under the 2.0 platform," would you not like to expose the fact that the claim is not correct, and that you were banned? You would, and the fact of the matter is that it has yet to happen.

You can try and hate and flame all you want, but the truth of the matter is that you actually don't know anything about the bot, and as the definition of ignorant is "lacking knowledge or information as to a particular subject or fact," you have proven that you are ignorant about it. Why should anyone take anyone serious when they know nothing of what they speak of?
